Welcome to the Shut-Up-And-Fish Customer Service page. Shut-Up-And-Fish is committed to providing our customers with the highest level of customer service possible. We strive to serve all your fishing needs with guaranteed lowest prices and a wide selection of products. Below you will find some frequently asked questions as well as some of our policies. What can I order?

You may order all items shown on line. If you are interested in an item that is not on our website please email shut-up-and-fish@hotmail.com and we can look into it for you.

How can I order?

You may order by phone or via our secure online ordering system. Customer Service is open for phone orders Monday through Friday between 8am CST to 6pm CST and you may call Saturday and Sunday between 10am CST to 6pm CST. If you would like to place a phone order please call 972-822-9285 If you receive v/mail leave a detailed message and we will call you back shortly

How can I pay?

You may pay with a Master card, Visa card, Discover card or American Express. We also accept Cashier's checks. Please note that Shut-Up-And-Fish may require additional information from you before we can process your order. 


How long will it take to receive my order?

  • UPS Next Day: Next Day if order is in before 11:00 CST

  • UPS 2nd Day: Afternoon delivery, second business day.
  • UPS Ground: 1-5 business days within 48 contiguous states.

Do you have a U.S. military discount?

Shut-Up-And-Fish is honored to be able to provide our U.S. military service men and women with a 10% discount on all orders. We will ask that a current, valid military ID be sent or a copy of your DD214 if you are no longer serving, for verification purposes. Once this information is provided you are set to receive your 10% discount on all orders $200.00 or more from Shut-Up-And-Fish website orders. Thank you for your service to our country and sacrifice for our freedom. 

 

Guaranteed Lowest Prices

If you find a lower price, on any product we stock, we would like the opportunity to beat it. We owe our success to you, our customers, and we know that price is a critical concern. Our common goal is to remove this concern that by choosing Shut-Up-And-Fish you're getting the lowest prices anywhere. We routinely scan our competitors to assure that our prices can't be beat. There are some common rules that apply. We must be able to verify the lower price. Lower prices that cannot be confirmed will not be honored. Notify us where you found a better price.  Once the price and source are confirmed, and the rules maintained, you can be sure in knowing Shut-Up-And-Fish will beat it! We reserve the right to confirm lower prices before any Shut-Up-And-Fish sale is completed. The source of a lower price must come from an authorized dealer/ Brick and Mortor within the US of the product in question (i.e., authorized Humminbird, Minn Kota, etc. dealer). Shut-Up-And-Fish reserves the right to hold it's pricing If the price does not come from an authorized source.

Defective Products

Shut-Up-And-Fish wants you to be completely satisfied with everything that we carry. This begins from the product you select from our site. Product is deemed defective either from the manufacturer or Shut-Up-And-Fish. All products should be shipped back to Shut-Up-And-Fish where we will examine it and do the following: Consider it defective through Shut-Up-And-Fish standards, and immediately ship your replacement or refund your money.If the defect cannot be determined by Shut-Up-And-Fish, the product will be sent back to the manufacturer for a final determination. Please note that if the product needs to be sent to the manufacturer for final evaluation, this may take up to 30 days before a determination is made and a refund will not be issued before then. Shut-Up-And-Fish will communicate with you every step of the way and will help expedite the process as best we can. All defects or returns require a complete description form completed, please contact us in order to provide you with the form.

Returns and Exchanges

At Shut-Up-And-Fish we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but in the event you would like to exchange or return an item please note that a 15% restocking fee will apply, all defects and returns or eschanges require a return policy form description be completed, please contact us so that we may get you this form.. 

Please contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA#XXXX) and furthure instructions before sending the product back to Shut-Up-And-Fish.
